Jay Baldemor, CEO & Creative Director
2009 highlights Jay's sixth year as the diplomatic "sensei" of Louder Design. Having taken the company through various creative focuses over the years, he has never departed from his original mantra of striving for innovation. Whether it happens through 3-hour brainstorming sessions or 3-minute impromptu "hash outs," he loves challenging the team to think outside their zones. Jay is a firm usability advocate, underscored by his award-winning product designs during his tenure with Yahoo!. With former aspirations of a career in Industrial Design, it's no surprise that his pursuit of perfecting user interfaces is revealed in the company's work.

Sometime during his 25-hour days, he finds time to play music professionally. Jay also endeavors to travel to as many tropical islands he can with his wife and two boys. Their recent adventures in Bora Bora involved swimming in the open lagoon with blacktip sharks!

Sulen Thomas, Director of Web Development
Not many people come close to Sulen's passion for building better web systems. From architecting complex databases to managing our super-talented engineering team, he always puts 110% into every project. Sulen is responsible for personally building many of our early software suites, including our Ecommerce platform, CMS and DMO systems. Prior to LD, Sulen served as a Senior Developer for Fujitsu, and led a team to build the USC website, where he earned his Masters in Computer Science.

When not working through crazy algorithms and insane web logic, Sulen spends his time with his wife, Harveen, and Kobe! He will tell you everything you need to know about the Lakers, and by the end of the day you will have become a fan.

Sulen's ultimate dream? To own a classy restaurant in LA where he can showcase his mad cooking skills!
