Here are just a few highlights to consider:

I already have an existing online store website. Can I still sign up to use your online store?

Definitely. While we offer complete design services, we can also integrate our store software with your existing site in most cases. All we need to do is perform a quick assessment and let you know if it will be feasible. If all looks good, a $1000 setup fee applies to integrate with your existing design and convert to our ecommerce software, and we'll need to either transfer your hosting to us prior to the integration, or you can opt to use a subdomain (e.g. shop.yourdomain.com) that points to your Louder Design-hosted store.

Can I host my website anywhere I want?

In order to maintain security and service levels with our Online Stores (and Add-Ons), we require these features to be hosted with us. Our Online Store packages include free hosting of your entire site, or you can opt to use a subdomain (e.g. shop.yourdomain.com) that points to your Louder Design-hosted store. Websites that we design that do not require any add-ons or ecommerce can be hosted anywhere you wish, but you are most welcome to use our hosting services.

Why is there a monthly subscription cost? Can't I just hire you to build my store for a flat fee?

Our new approach to ecommerce services gives you the opportunity to start your online business without forking out thousands upfront, and instead spreads out the investment into manageable payments. Where our online stores used to require at least $5000-$20,000 upfront, PLUS additional fees for any new features and upgrades. We've often found that many new businesses don't have the capital to invest in a professional online store, and end up suffering with a poorly-built, low-cost alternative that is full of problems.

What we've done is we have lowered the startup costs substantially and provide FREE upgrades during the lifetime of your subscription, for both the ecommerce AND feature add-ons. We felt this was an excellent, no-headache approach to have you take advantage of the latest technology, keep your costs steady, and allow you to invest your saved capital in growing your business.

What forms of payment do you take?

Once you become our client partner, you will have given special access to our client area where you can manage your payment options. We recommend keeping a valid credit card on file so we can bill your monthly fees automatically, which saves everyone time and effort. However, we will also take personal or business checks, cashier's checks and money orders for initial deposits and monthly payments - There is a processing fee of $10/month for these options.

If I sign up, can I cancel anytime?

In order to justify our reduced fees, we require a minimum 6-month subscription for online stores and add-ons. We are confident that you will be happy with the services we provide that we expect that you continue to enjoy the success of your online store for much, much longer than that!

How are the billing cycles set up?

Once your store in launched, we pro-rate your fees from that day until the last day of the month. From there, your billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month to make it simpler and easier to remember. Recurring billing accounts will automatically be debited every 1st of the month.

Can I upgrade my package anytime?

Yes! We understand your business can grow faster that you might anticipate sometimes, and that's great news! You can upgrade to a higher store package even the following day and enjoy even more robust features. We simply adjust and pro-rate your billing for that month and you will assume the new pricing for the following month.

What if I need more advanced features that you don't currently offer?

We are glad to offer custom programming services to build what you need. The fees for the service will vary depending on the complexity of the functionality, and will be quoted as one-time payments outside of the subscription fees. Please contact us to discuss any custom programming work.
