Smithfield & Isle of Wight County is a small town with lots of heart & so much to love - the ham that made Smithfield famous; the picturesque Main Street with shops you just can’t pass up; historic architecture from Colonial to Victorian gingerbread & from Federal to Gothic cottages & impressive array of mouth-watering restaurants, the gracious charm & Southern hospitality of its locals & much more.
The primary challenge of this project was to create an interactive responsive website that showcased uncompromising quality in all aspects of the visitor journey. It was imperative to deliver on every page, immersive aesthetic interactions with beautiful travel focused content, imagery and video.
The new award winning responsive website created for Smithfield Isle of Wight Tourism significantly increased its market reach and penetration by providing visitors with an enhanced website user experience. The marketing team at Louder Design created a content strategy that targeted a number of high yield keywords which meaningfully raised their overall ranking in Google and Bing search engines, thereby driving more quality traffic to the website which generated increased conversions.
